• Inputs you submit to generate designs or plans

• Provide, operate, and maintain Framehouse
• Generate AI-powered designs, visualizations, and plans
• Process subscriptions and payments
• Communicate with you about updates, features, or support
• Market and advertise Framehouse, including on third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok
• Create custom and lookalike audiences and measure the performance of our advertising
• Improve our AI models, product performance, and user experience
• Detect fraud, abuse, or security issues
• Comply with legal obligations

• We may use aggregated and anonymized data to improve our AI systems.
• We do not use your personal information to train public or third-party AI models in a way that identifies you.
• Uploaded images and content are processed only to provide and improve the Framehouse experience.

Framehouse uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, understand usage, improve performance, support analytics, and deliver and measure advertising. This includes tools such as the Meta Pixel and similar tools from other advertising platforms. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share your information:

• With service providers that help us operate the Service
• With advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok. For example, we may share your email address in a hashed (encrypted) form so these platforms can show you relevant Framehouse ads, exclude you from ads, create lookalike audiences of people with similar interests, and measure ad performance. We do not share your photos, design inputs, or AI outputs with advertising platforms.
• For legal reasons, such as to comply with law or protect our rights
• In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition

Under some U.S. state laws, sharing information with advertising platforms may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out at any time (see Section 8).

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure.

You may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You may also opt out of having your information used for advertising audiences, including custom and lookalike audiences. To exercise any of these rights, contact hi@tryframehouse.com with the subject "Privacy Request." You can also unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, and manage ad preferences in your Meta, Google, or other platform account settings.

Framehouse is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Framehouse is operated from the United States. Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated.
