Framehouse is an AI-powered design and planning platform that helps users visualize interior spaces, explore design directions, and receive inspiration, guidance, and project ideas.

Framehouse provides visualizations, inspiration, and informational content only. It does not provide professional architectural, engineering, construction, contracting, legal, or financial advice.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Framehouse.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement
• You will use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Any information you provide is accurate and current

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

Framehouse may offer free and paid subscription plans, including plans that include usage-based credits.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or otherwise as disclosed)
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We may modify pricing, features, or plan structures with reasonable prior notice

Credits

• Have no cash value
• Are non-transferable
• May expire, reset, or be limited based on your plan
• Do not roll over unless explicitly stated

Framehouse uses artificial intelligence to generate designs, visualizations, suggestions, and project ideas.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific situation
• Outputs are not guaranteed to be buildable, code-compliant, structurally sound, or cost-accurate
• You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any output

AI Outputs

Designs, visualizations, suggestions, project ideas, text, images, and other materials generated by or through the Service are "Outputs." Outputs are generated using artificial intelligence and may be based on User Content, prompts, settings, templates, or other inputs.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Futura grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Outputs for your personal or internal business purposes. Futura and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, including the software, models, systems, prompts, templates, workflows, and underlying technology used to generate Outputs.

Outputs may not be unique, and the Service may generate the same or similar Outputs for other users. Futura does not represent that any Output is protectable by intellectual property rights, non-infringing, exclusive, or suitable for any particular use.

You are responsible for reviewing all Outputs before using or relying on them, including for accuracy, suitability, safety, and compliance with applicable laws, rules, codes, permits, and third-party rights.

Beta Features

We may offer beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features from time to time. These features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time, may be subject to additional terms, and may contain errors, omissions, or limitations.

Framehouse does not provide:

• Architectural or engineering services
• Construction or contractor services
• Structural, electrical, plumbing, or safety advice
• Legal, zoning, or permitting guidance
• Financial, investment, or budgeting advice

No Construction Documents or Code Compliance

All Outputs and other content provided through the Service are conceptual, informational, and inspirational only. They are not architectural plans, engineering drawings, construction drawings, specifications, permit applications, code analyses, cost estimates, safety assessments, or professional recommendations.

Before making construction, remodeling, purchasing, installation, safety, structural, electrical, plumbing, legal, zoning, permitting, budgeting, or other decisions based on the Service or any Output, you should consult qualified licensed professionals and independently verify all measurements, site conditions, materials, costs, codes, permits, and requirements.

You may upload photos, measurements, text, or other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading User Content, you grant Futura a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, store, process, and display it solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

Use of User Content in Marketing

We will not use your name, likeness, testimonials, or non-public User Content in public marketing or promotional materials without your consent, except that we may use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized information that does not identify you.

All software, models, AI systems, designs, branding, text, graphics, and content provided by Framehouse (excluding User Content) are owned by Futura Ventures Global, LLC or its licensors.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, you may contact us at hi@tryframehouse.com with sufficient information to identify the material and your rights. We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers or users who violate third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Circumvent paywalls, credit systems, or security features
• Use automated systems to access the Service without authorization
• Upload, submit, or use User Content that you do not own or have permission to use, or that infringes, misappropriates, or violates any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights
• Use any Output to mislead others about actual properties, professional approvals, construction readiness, code compliance, costs, permits, safety, or feasibility
• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, extract, or attempt to derive the source code, underlying technology, models, prompts, workflows, or systems used to provide the Service
• Use the Service, User Content, or Outputs to develop, train, improve, or benchmark any competing product, service, model, or system without our prior written permission
• Upload malware or other harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, or interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the Service

Content Review and Removal

We may, but are not obligated to, review, monitor, remove, disable, restrict, or refuse to process any User Content, Output, account, or activity that we believe violates these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or the security, integrity, or operation of the Service.

Framehouse may integrate with or link to third-party tools or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or availability.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or create legal, security, or operational risk.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futura Ventures Global, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the Service, Outputs, User Content, or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Futura's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service, Outputs, User Content, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Futura for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Futura Ventures Global, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, your Outputs, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, your misuse of the Service or any Output, or your infringement, misappropriation, or violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in New York courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms through the Service, updating the "Last Updated" date, sending an email, or using another reasonable method. Updated Terms are effective when posted or on the later effective date stated in the notice. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
